Presentation
Created in 1996, the graduate program in Metrology (PósMQI) was at the time a response of the University to an interministerial effort of the Federal Government in the context of the HR-Metrology Program, stimulating the formation of qualified human resources and metrological culture. It aims to specialize the training of engineers, physicists and chemists already well trained, empowering them to work the interface of their specialties with the measurement science.

Production
Based on the success of its experience in the last twenty five years and attentive to the new metrological demands coming from a society of innovation and information (still in gestation in Brazil), the Program will continue to evolve.
